About Nathan French Fitness

Over the past 5 years I've put my mind and body to the test to see what I can accomplish both physically and mentally. I completed a half marathon, Spartan Race, and now benching over 365lbs, deadlifting 515lbs and squatting 405lbs. As you can see I love all areas of fitness and have had many successes as well as failures along the way. Now my goal is to help others reach and discover their maximum potential.



Training Program

6 Day Training Program

Nathan utilizes this program as a modified push/pull/legs split. This program is crafted by mixing in strength training and hypertrophy style workouts to build and maximize both strength and muscle.
